IEP admission checklist:
▢ Admission to the Intensive English Program is separate from degree admission to NC State and does NOT guarantee admission to degree programs. Students should apply directly to Undergraduate Admissions or Graduate Admissions for admission to degree programs. Note that completion of the IEP as an IEP-only student does NOT automatically give you acceptance to NC State.

▢ You must complete the IEP online application and pay the non-refundable IEP application fee of $100.
▢ You must have a high school diploma.
▢ If you are applying for Undergraduate Conditional Admission, you must meet academic requirements for undergraduate admission and apply for admission to a degree program directly through the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.
▢ You must complete the Certificate of Financial Responsibility (CFR) form to obtain an I-20.
▢ You must provide a bank statement with proof of funds validating the amount written on your Certificate of Financial Responsibility.
